My stay was pleasant but it depends if You're peace lover then I will highly recommend this resort but if you want to stay see night life then stay near chenang beach but chenang beach is not much far from this hotel you can get cab easily through Grab application , Adding some pics which has snapped by myself

We had a pleasant stay during our short getaway recently. The concierge lady was nice, the room is spacious, the service was excellent, got WiFi and the environment was just calming and peaceful. However, the food choices for breakfast were indeed limited as the price is MYR20 per person which was quite unreasonable price because for MYR20 you could get a better breakfast at Chenang beach. Speaking of Chenang beach, the location of the resort was a bit far from the main attraction so you should think twice before booking for the stay. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Its Okay. The parking is easy. Near the airport. Room is comfortable enough. The only things is that, i went to the lobby at 1 am, the lights are closed, only at the entrance door are open. No one was there. Slightly scary 😂. Overall, the location is good for those who want less crowded area and are coming with a big family. 😁 And the pantai is private and cantik but air surut sangat jauh. If nak mandi, need to use their free shuttle service. Cant comment cuz i did not use the service. Also, theres no restaurant. Need to walk to Ombak villa to eat. +-200m distance.

Sleep in the Water... This is a Chalet in the backwaters...wonderful view, well planned apartment styled villas. We booked a couple of villas through Airbnb - both different owners. Both did well. Nice cozy rooms, WiFi, big & clean toilets. Not many food options nearby though. There is one restaurant at the entrance except that we had to go into the city in search of good food. Pleasant stay !

Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, which was good. The sofa bed was not good due to its mattress. It's a quiet place. Overall, it was just OK.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
