        I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb property. While the physical accommodations were decent, the behavior of the duty manager and staff was beyond unacceptable. The duty manager was consistently rude and unprofessional, and some of the staff were inconsiderate and even dismissive of guests' needs. As someone who has stayed in many different types of accommodations, I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from staff. It is unacceptable for a property to employ individuals who cannot provide basic customer service or respect for their guests. Overall, my stay was overshadowed by the abysmal behavior of the duty manager and staff. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to anyone, and I urge the owners to reconsider their staffing choices.

        Great serviced apartments with a very helpful and courteous staff providing you with an outstanding experience. The check-in process is very smooth and the staff will do a comprehensive induction to all the services available as well as relevant information about your apartment and all protocols. They would tell you how to reach them round the clock and then n case of emergency. This is my first time using LAK and I am very pleased and thrilled with the service. I strongly recommend them.

        The location itself is great as it is very close to Gloucester Road where you can take the Picadilly but also several District lines. Lots of amenities in the close, you can hire scooters or cycles for your wander around in London. Then the staff is so dedicated to their clients, be it Adam, Mirella, Bea or even Sorin the Manager, they will always be attentive to your needs and provide a timely response. I was there with my family, and it was such a nice place to live. Thanks to the staff for the extra miles beyond professionalism. I will be looking forward to seeing you !

        Great location. Near the subway and the supermarket. Very quiet, spacious and clean. Use key pad to enter the main door and the room so that don't worry the key will disappear. Everything is good. The only thing not perfect was the toilet paper can't refill again, we have to buy.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
