Had a great stay here. The manager, Malshan, was very attentive and accomodating to our needs and always with a smile. The views from the rooms were breathtaking. The breakfast was great. It is very close to town, but still quiet and peaceful and doesn't have the loud party vibe of some of the hotels in Ella. The only issue was that the last few metres up to the hotel were a bit of a tricky climb for my parents who are a bit older, as it was quite a steep incline road with no stairs.

Kurt is an amazing host and his staff made our stay very pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and overlook the station and beautiful hills. You can see the trains arriving and departing throughout the day. I particularly loved the location; the town is a short walk down the hill where you can get a variety of food, drink and other sundries. I do admit that the road to the property is narrow and steep, but it's not too difficult to get up there. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on my next visit if I should be so lucky to go again.

The service was fine. The staff helpful. Kudos to them.The food was good. They made our departure breakfast special. The downside. The access is worse than bad. One needs a tuk to get up there. And the hotel doesn't absorb the cost. The hot water was virtually non existent. I wouldn't be visiting the hotel again.

Lakshmis Hotel is situated in the centre of Ella town so you can reach every place easily. The room is clean and on the balcony you have an awesome view - its stunning! The staff is so nice and friendly and they are doing their best to make your stay perfect. The breakfast is delicious and when you are there, you should try the sri lankan rice and curry for dinner - the best i have ever had. I will come again :)

Pretty nice place, clean rooms and a balcony with stunning views of the valley. The hotel does not really offer much more than a comfortable place to stay and have breakfast. It is quite a bit up he hill (30 m uphil from the main road) so get a tuk tuk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
