Loved my stay here - came late after an airbnb mishap and wished I had just booked here from the start. Reception were very sweet and hospitable. Rooms were extremely spacious. Bathrooms were clean and the showers were great. Location is very fun, walks to touristy areas are action packed. Quieter at night which is just what we wanted. Would stay again!!

We had a lovely stay at Lal Inn Hotel! The room was clean, and the staff was very accommodating. I had stay in Istanbul but wanted to go to Cappadocia for 2 days but will come back to Istanbul again; so they allowed me to store my belongings in the hotel so I don’t have to bring all of it. The hotel is located closed to a lot of tourists attractions and restaurants (15 minutes walk to Topkapi Museum) And you can easily go anywhere with public transportation. They can also arrange shuttle to and from the airport for a fee!

Very good hotel and services stayed for 5 days and was great experience first time in beautiful Istanbul. Very close to all amenities, great restaurants and historical locations and museums. The staff was 5/5 very good and professional. Helped with anything especially Zakir at front end desk. Was very good along with everyone of the staff of the hotel.

The rooms was amazing, every thing is so clean and comfortable, the room is too wide, with good space and comfortable sofa, the bathroom is soo clean too, the Staff named Saeed is polite and overing help when ever needed

The location is great, located near the attractions, offering access to convenient public transportation. There are many restaurants in the area. The staff here is outstanding, answering our questions about the area. The rooms are tidy and spacious, very comfortable. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Istanbul.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
