I spent 3 nights at this hotel. POSITIVES: -staff is really nice and helpful, though their English is very limited -location is amazing: close to old town but in the more “local” area NEGATIVES: -rooms are very neglected, for the price (24€/night) is too expensive -beds are very soft and bad quality -AC is making a lot of noise -fridge is not clean -wifi disconnects every 5min and you have to connect with special password -big variety of tv channels but the quality is really bad -no curtain/separation wall in the bathroom so water is everywhere after shower -in the wardrobe only 2 hangers -price/value is not very balanced: for the same price (or less) you get better quality room just 3min away

Was very disappointed in this place, partially because it looked so nice in photos. Turns out there are definitely units in need of repair or at least touch ups(needed to hold the flush on our toilet for legitimately fifteen seconds or it wouldn't work). Reception wasn't helpful at all the first two times we called with inquiries, but we're very helpful with booking shuttles and ferry tickets once we were there.

Great location to walk to the weekend Market. Value for money. Family room is big and can sleep more than 5 comfortably. Building and rooms are old though but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
