We stayed here for 3 nights and we had very uncomfortable experience. Besides from the rooms being extremely small our engagement ring was stolen from our room. In the morning when we left it was still in the box and when we returned in the afternoon it was gone. They checked the CCTV in the hallway only showing the maid going in and out of the room. The hotel refused to take any further action and denied any responsibility. However this wasn't the most disturbing. They wanted access to our room to check for themselves. Two staff members entered our room and started checking every inch of our room. Our bags, wallets, purses, clothes etc. Like we were the criminals with no respect for our privacy whatsoever. This hotel does not feel safe since anyone can enter and access all floors without a key. If something disappears the hotel denies all responsibility. The location of the hotel is great and rooms are small but clean.

Bathroom pebble tile has mold. Conditioner container also has mold. Mostly quiet, AC can be turned down low, which is a plus. Elevators aggressively close, banged my watch on it because of that, good thing it didnt scratch. Close to some major attractions so we didnt have to take public transportation anywhere, just walked. Crowded and steep and hilly. If arriving with luggage, I suggest taking a taxi from the airport.

I used to live in HK, right opposite to this hotel, its location is the best, walking distance to HK Station(airport express), Lan Kwai Fong St., PMQ right beside, escalators... Sheung Wan MTR also one min walking distance. It has an amazing value for the price, I do recommend booking a seaview bedroom, it's worth it to pay a bit more for having HK stunning views. The staff is very kind and attentive. the only contra is breakfast, I always miss a bit more "western food".

My stay at Lan Kwai Fong hotel at Kau U Fong had been nothing but stellar. The view (city view), amneties and location are almost unmatched by any nearby hotels. The staffs are exemplar, from the people at the reception like Adrian and Joejoe to the house keepers like Cherry, their professionalism made me feel so at home. Without a doubt I will stay again whenever I'm in Hk.

We stayed for 4 nights, and booked 4 rooms. They let us check-in as early as 11AM since there are available rooms. Rooms are small but just enough if you just need a place to sleep. Shower heater works well, and wi-fi is fast. Kudos to the staff, they let us leave our luggages (9 in total) after we checked out till 6pm, so we can still explore before flying out of Hong Kong.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
