What a lovely space! Hosts are amazing. More of a bed and breakfast. My room has a balcony over looking the city. It was clean and huge especially for the price. I think the house only has a few guest rooms but I couldn’t recommend this place enough, for solo travelers or couples.

A really nice 6 room homestay that is in a great location for getting to town. Service was above and beyond. Very private and quiet. Owners were so nice and friendly. My only complaint would be about the room. While very well decorated and a great size for the price, the housekeeping could be improved. The shade that separates the bathroom from bedroom area has mold and the bathroom fixtures just need a little more attention when being cleaned. However, I would still highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a place to stay. If we go back to this area we will definitely stay here again!

This stay was the safest, cheapest and the comfiest of all of my stays of the 2 weeks travel in Vietnam. Even though it’s a homestay you will get all the amenities and services just like a hotel. The host Mrs Thuy and her entire family were so warm and kind to me. They even packed breakfast and water for me because I had to leave early on both the days. They also helped me in arranging a bike, coconut boat ride and shuttle to the airport. All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Hoi An, it’s located right behind the night market and centre of the town.

-The location of this homestay is perfect: 200 m from the river! The bedroom was on the 3 rd floor, spacious and super comfortable and clean. It felt more like a little hotel and Mme Thui made everything to help us organise trips or station pick up. Friendly atmosphere, very good breakfast options, I recommend this place - there's plenty of homestays around but this one is exceptional, book ahead.

The photos of the room I booked and the room that I got on arrival is not really the same. The bathroom has an open window that cannot be shutted allowing insects to come in. It is also very small and not as generous as the pictures posted. It was Also not mentioned was that the place is in front of an open trench. The location is very good as reviewed, right in the middle of the river front and the night market but a little away from the hustle and bustle so you can sleep at night. The host is very friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
