        Staff was very nice always smiling always wanting to help and asking if you need anything. Hotel is very clean. Room was spacious. They do provide house keeping and needed room service upon request. Yes rooms are missing hair dryers and a few cosmetic things here and there but overall i would still highly recommend staying here if you want a peace of mind. Location is great as well.

        The hotel is okay! However, there are serious considerations: - They have no hairdryer and no iron. - They provide complimentary water and coffee only for the first night even if you stayed more than one night. - no room service. - They are very tight when it comes to late chicken. - Staff is not warm. - No public transportation available. You can use only taxis or your own car.

        The room is good and bed comfortable, but the staff not good and not friendly, we have requested by phone to reserve the room two days later, after the promise to reservation but once we arrived they told us no room remaining, it's really a bad staff. and broken promise reflect the hotel management staff, I don't recommend anyone to go in, till the staff will change or do apologize

        Amazing place. I had a very pleasant experience, staff were hospitable. Ask for "Muhannad", he is able to remove any obstacles with a smile. Muhannad was the reason for this pleasant stay, he is professional, respectful and polite. Strongly recommended
