I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, and our room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of three and all of our belongings. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and always available to assist us with any questions we had. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the arch, where we enjoyed happy hour drinks and snacks, and also a beautiful park. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and we were very impressed with their hospitality. The hotel has a boutique vibe, but with all the amenities of a larger hotel. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. We found the location to be very convenient, as it was close to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others. Overall, our experience at this hotel was exceptional.

We had an incredible stay here. The staff is a delight - shout out Filippo, Matteo, and Emanuele. It's such a friendly atmosphere. They gave us so many tips for the city and even surprised me with a cake for my birthday. Great breakfast; comfortable room; very central. A highlight of our time in Milan, we would absolutely return.

Solid little hotel for a night. Was pretty cheap for three of us. Rooms were clean. Adequate space and bathroom was good. Short walk to the city center but still quiet at the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was better than the previous hotel I stayed at. Would stay again

Great small hotel in Milan. A few blocks to walk to some nice restaurants. Amazingly nice staff. Quiet location in a residential area out of the tourist traps, but about a 10 minute walk to the Peace Arch and a lovely park.

Staffs are nice. The location is good. Inside is beautiful. Breakfast is typical. The balcony view on the 4th floor is nice. The bed sheets were not perfectly clean. There is an annoying rule that you need to hand over the room key to reception when you want to go out and receive it when you are back. I would prefer to have a password or RFID for the door.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
