        The hotel is a shadow of it former self. In January 2024, I booked a room through an agent and was given a dirty room with no cleaning, smelling toilet and no toiletries. I requested for room service and nobody attended to my issue. The hotel needs to be tough on those agents especially the agent from Nigeria whom I booked my accommodation with. My recent experience was horrible. I hope the management will address such issues so as not to damage the Hotels image.

        Hotel itself is in good shape but the people who are handling it are pathetic. No room service even after telling them, people which are cleaning the rooms you ask them a question they will answer it in anger or ignore it. Reception is one of the most terrible place in this hotel where in most cases reception is the place to be at if you need any help but this hotel is totally opposite (no help). This hotel needs a new staff, I feel like the staff is being treated poorly and such reactions are happening (just an assumption). Good luck if you’re staying here!

        We stayed for 4 days, but nobody came to clean the room or get the dustbin. Overall it was ok. There is much noise from the downstairs and it keeps disturbing you whole night. There is a shuttle service for Haram after every 20 minutes and it is good. Parking is available at basement and it is ample. Just see your room before you pay and otherwise it is good for middle class

        There was nothing to like about the property, the staff is very rude and they locked my room on complaining and they told me that I should leave the hotel , when I was going to leave , then they said it’s ok u can stay here , was very disappointing and threatening behaviour. This hotel facilities are not good , it is not 4stars hotel , it is just normal hotel and not deserve a star, the lady at reception is very rude and rest of the staff especially manager is very rude person and behave like gangster .not recommended , do-not go to this hotel , the Saudi Govt should look into this hotel , especially their behaviour with the tourists. You would regret to go to this hotel . Absolutely disgusting hotel.

        Hotel rooms are ok but management and staff are very rude. They don't care about there guests even if the guests are old. There is no professional staff.Management of the hotel should give proper training to there staff about hospitality management about dealing with guests. There staff has no manner's that how to talk with the guests and how to deal with them. When guest arrive to hotel there staff don't know about the guests booking . If somebody need there help they ignore . I didn't see hotel staff like this in any other hotel very pathetic service. I Will never book room again in my life in this hotel wasted my money and time.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
