The rooms were spacious although most do not have access to natural lighting. And there were on a few channels to choose from on the tvs. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. The pool was great and the breakfast was enjoyable. And the hotel is close to a metro station and a number of stores. As convenient as the tours provided were; The dubai tour driver didn't speak English and really couldn't tell us more about the places we visited and I believe he was only employed as a driver and wasn't a guide. There was a cruise but it's cheaper to arrange one on your own as the Creek is less than 1km away. We were going to be charged 200 AED per person to visit the miracle garden and global village yet entrance is 95 AED and 22.5 - 27 AED respectively. And although the transportation to these places would be helpful you would only be at them for a limited amount of time, public transport is cheaper and it doesn't cover costs at these places. All in all we had a wonderful experience and even though I was a little worried by the comments I read I had a great time.

One of the worst hotels ive ever been to and here is why. 1.On our first day there we arrived at 2am it was the 9th of December when checking if everything is ok we found a dirty black sock lying beside our bed. 2.Barely anything to watch on the TV 3. Very slow service for cleaning rooms 4. No proper cleaning and Preparation done for the rooms there was a pen stain on our bedspread. 5. THIS HOTEL HAS ONE OF THE WORST TOURIST GUIDES VERY RUDE.

Unfortunately there was no less rating to give. Nothing is refreshing about the hotel. It’s full of weirdos, especially the staffs, they are all very rude, made us wait long, they have no sympathy towards us. When we arrived we expected to be welcoming as we are from London, unfortunately that was not perceived. They ignored us like we’re some muppet. This cannot happen to anyone else so whoever reads this DO NOT COME HERE!!! I mean it, yes I’m talking to you.

Really nice hotel stayed there for 6 nights It’s clean and staff are good also But the only problem I faced was water been not too warm so it used to be warm for like 2 to 3 minutes maximum I really wished the water was warm to the point wear you take good shower for 10,15 minutes but other then that it really good hotel There were also small cockroaches here and there but not a big deal tho The breakfast was included but you still have to pay 20 AED everyday for breakfast even if you do have breakfast included They have got Gym and Swimming Pool complimentary

Good location as the Metro station is very close, Spacious and comfortable room but the toilet is very small. The security guards are friendly and very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
