Very bad service, cockroachs are running around the room,wifi is not supporting even WhatsApp audio calls, very bad service,we informed several times about this issue,but they are not ready to rectify this, service is very bad,we have to repeatedly request them for every single service,they are not willing to do anything for their coustomers,they need money only.we are complaining about more than 3 days,I came here for a business trip,so checking another room is little difficult.if you have any issue about their services,they are not ready to correct that,we all complained about the wifi several times,they are telling you have to say in the morning,you have to say in the night like that.we told in the day time and night also,they have to find an excuse.last they told you have to complain General manager.very bad service.please don't take room there.dirty room,they are not cleaning properly. cockroaches issues is there,

This hotel should not be in Dubai Someone should report this to Dubai tourism. First room drain was not working, rather dirty water was coming into washroom floor. Second room k got full of cockroaches, broken things all over the room. Even the bed sheets hanging designed fancy cover was super dirty. I slept thought cockroaches might be in washroom. Second Day came to room to sleep before travel but beds also had cockroaches on them and saw them going in bed sheets If you come out of hotel it will look like produce market or fish market. No parking at all Hotel receptionist main guy doesn’t know how street parking works but was recommended to go back street parking lot which is 10 dirham per hour so now imagine what will happen to you if you partk 3 days But I found out in one day hour to park

Very bad service, cockroachs are running around the room.wifi connection is very poor,it is not supporting even WhatsApp audio calls.very poor service from the staffs.they are not ready to rectify the problems.disappointing service.

As people have already pointed out, rooms are decent but furniture is very old, TV quality was very blurry, Electric kettle and towels were very dirty (unusable). The only upside i could say is the location, Baniyas Square station is right outside the hotel.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
