Good things Dorm room is very nice and clean. No insects inside the room. Beds are wide, there are hooks, electrical sockets and a light near every bed. Internet is fast 90mbps. Bad things Be careful if you decide to work in the garden because sometimes water pours down from the roof. Shower has only cold water. Also laundry room is very close to dorm and makes noise most of the time. Could have some basic kitchen (kettle, microwave), but no kitchen unfortunately.

The bedding smelled bad and when we checked underneath it was all covered in black mould. The mattress, duvet, pillows and everything. We can't be 100% sure it was connected but a couple days later our baby was hospitalised for 2 nights with a chest infection, gasping for breath. When we told him our baby was sick he didn't care, he only asked if she had been sick in the room! The manager totally ruined our experience and made us feel unwelcome at every opportunity! He is the kind of guy who is constantly searching for a problem and complains about everything. Everytime I looked up I would catch his eye, staring at us angrily. We were really looking forward to staying here because of the pool and the kitchen, however the kitchen was completely unequipped, not even a teaspoon. We had to request each individual item we needed from the manager who would always moan and groan about it, and gave us dirty and broken plates and utensils. If you want to relax without an angry little control freak breathing down your neck then just avoid!

Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable dorms, although it would be nice to have more hangers or shelves in the bed enclosure. The toilets/showers are fine, though prepare yourself for a fresh shower if it hasn’t been sunny. My biggest complaint is the animal smell in the lobby. The puppies and kitties are adorable, yes, but come on, wash the cushions pls.

Very convenient location, close to the beach and restaurants. Roughly 15 mins from the airport (make sure to check the free shuttle bus service. the drop off is 2 mins from the hostel) The staff will help you with everything (sights, scooter, laundry, etc) I liked the outside shower/toilet, swimming pool, and the bar/check in area. Would come back for sure.

Such a great place and cozy vibe. The food is very cheap and the owner is amazing. She helped me with a big birthday surprise for my friend when we stayed at her place! So sweet, very grateful 🥰🙏🏽

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
