The location of the hotel is great but had some difficult experiences. Firstly the type of room we selected based on availability was not provided to us. They said sorry and all and said that they would upgrade us to the better room the next day. But instead of the same, they shifted us to the room we initially booked for and as a compensation they gave us a complimentary foot massage(again for which they included in their bill but luckily since we couldn’t avail the massage, it was waived off). There are multiple beautiful riverside Hoi An hotels and I would recommend people to visit somewhere else instead of this one based on personal experience.

The location of this hotel is gorgeous! Just a 5 minute walk away from the riverside market of Hoi An. The service is top notch with very helpful and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing. For such a small place, they have a huge variety of food plus indoors and outdoors seating. The rooms are cosy with a slightly tropical/rustic feel. Not anything fancy or high tech but work well for our stay.

Wonderful location in a great city! Can easily walk to the tailoring shops, but hotel is not on a busy road. Jenny from the front desk was fantastic and could not be faulted. What a great impression she made on us, helping us with bookings for the hoi an memories show, the grab app, finding a good affordable tailor, and even asking the dining room staff to make me a ginger lemon drink when I fell ill. The buffet was varied and wonderful each day, and the staff were great. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Really appreciated the room amenities including the two golf umbrellas, the bathrobes, shoehorn, slippers, and a great make-up mirror. It would get quite noisy in the room with the screeching sound of furniture being moved upstairs or next door. Despite that, however, I slept really well at this hotel. The bed is so comfortable. Highly recommended!!! Really enjoyed our four day stay at this hotel. And would happily return. The staff are worth their weight in gold!

The staff, design, location, and over all experience exceeded our expectations. Very clean. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating for our family. Always tried to get our 18 month old laugh. The location is a very short walk to all the action. It was far enough away where the area felt quiet, secluded, and tranquil. I wouldn’t look at any other hotels when staying in this area. It’s perfect.

Had a lovely 3D/2N stay at the Lantana Boutique Hoi An. The room was nice, clean, spacious, and a good view. The staff are really friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel's location is great. Just a few minutes walk to the Ancient Town but far enough from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful and quiet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
