Excellent hotel for the price. Expect absolutely nothing special. It’s just a standard room. But it’s cheap and the location is great. We stayed in the corner room right off the elevator on the 3rd floor. It was overall pretty quiet. My only complaint was the dryer in the laundry room didn’t work well and we had to put our clothes through several cycles to get them dry. Spent nearly ¥1000 on one load of laundry. Also the thermostat in the room is locked on heat mode only (November). Since it was cold outside this wouldn’t be an issue but the room was way too warm from being set too high. Thankfully I was able to open a window and cool off. Overall good experience

Very central hotel to very popular tourist areas of Kyoto. Great rooms for the price. Rooms were clean and staff helpful. I forgot my Laptop when we checked out and the hotel contacted us and kept it safe until we could return and collect it. It was also quiet at night. Would stay here again.

Probably the best value accommodation in Gion, Kyoto. The rooms were quite big and the facilities such as the laundromat were convenient. The staff was attentive and fluent in English. The location was perfectly right with all the restaurants and local business situated nearby getting the a full on “Kyoto-experience”.

Stayed for a 4 nights with a party of 3. Getting here from Osaka was no trouble at all as we used the Keihan Main Line, we used the same train to go back to Osaka for a 1 day trip. Location is great as it's near a train station. A big river separates the Inn from the busy Kyoto area. The other side of the river has plenty of restaurants and shoppin. There is also a small take-out restaurant in the corner of the lot the Inn is on. Room was decent but no view since window does not open much. Toilet stall reused water from the attached sink which was very eco-friendly, but water does splash often. Bathroom has a small bathtub and sink, not much space to put things. No safe, but offers a small tea table and 2 chairs along with a small shelf to put items on. Inn does not offer Hand Free Travel and will redirect you to the nearest post office (note, that the closest JP Post does not open on weekends and you'll need to wheel it to the one in the Takashiyama nearby).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
