Had too stay here due too our flight being cancelled, beds couldn’t have been cleaned for at least a week as dust and pubic hair was found, pool had no water which happens but staff was rude and the best part about the night and day stay was leaving, it honestly makes the inbetweeners movie hotel look good and would only recommend too those who enjoy bad Wi-Fi and a “surprise” Pube on your pillow, a absolute nightmare of a place and really wouldn’t recommend staying here. Never been so angry and felt so dirty in a bed.

The bathroom lock got stuck and induced a little panic in me, especially as I was on my own in the room at the time. Eventually got it open again. Seems like they listen to reviews - stayed for a day and didn't have any issues whatsoever. Very clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. There is now a lift so you do not need to walk up the stairs with your luggage. Do not go there expecting luxury, however it is adequate and gets the job done. Left my powerbank on charge in the lobby alongside with some luggage, came back a few hours later and everything was still there 👍🏼

Comparing to it's price it's a great Hotel. We spent 6 nights there, it's calm and clean, room service is very good they clean rooms change bed sheets and towels every day! The breakfast has variety of options and is tasty clean and fresh too. The staff is good always smiling and helping us with bags and baby stroller. The rooms has a nice decoration a cute balcony with a pool view. The only thing we missed having there is a kettle, but it's fine because they can give us hot water when we need. Thank you

The hotel in general is good comparing to its low price. The decorations of the hotel is not beautiful. The lobby is not wide,so narrow. The staff is not friendly except the house keeping. The breakfast is good, they are offering it between 8 and 10 o’clock. The rooms are quiet narrow, we were 2 adults and 3 children, so, we didn’t have any space to move in the room, as a result, we were staying the majority of our time outside. The pool is good and they are closing it on 7:30 p.m. there are two, one for children and another one for adults. There is no place to dry your clothes especially after having a pool time or a sea time. The air conditions are old, and ours didn’t work well, but after informing them, they were so fast to fix the problem. The location is very good, everything is around you. The public beach of Lara is so near to the hotel. There is a car parking outside the hotel on the both sides of the street. With some sample touches, they can gain high quality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
