We absolutely fell in love with this place! Our three bedroom villa was perfect for our stay: well equipped, tidy and with a stunning view to the ocean. The staff was so nice and the restaurant upstairs served good margharitas. The kids especially loved the pool and fast access to the beach. There aren’t too many restaurants within walking distance, but by car it’s only a few min to the centre of Akumal (which is also accessible by foot through the beach, but with kids that would’ve been a bit difficult).

Outstanding stay. Very comfortable beds. Some units have big kitchens. Quiet hammock area! Good size pool and Children's pool. Lots of beach front access. Lots of lounge chairs. Restaurant onsite is open 10-3pm. Good value drinks. Food is ok. Great views. Solid wifi everywhere on resort. Strong pressure showers but hot water can run out. Bring flashlights for when power goes out during stormy weather. Bring bug spray and after bite as bugs bite outside in evenings. Groceries are a long ways away. Anything in Akumal Townsite (east of highway) is very expensive. Overall a very pleasant stay! We would stay here again.

Claudia was so patient with our delayed arrival and the staff is very friendly. We absolutely loved the location and the balcony overlooking the pool and beach were amazing! A few downsides - the "restaurant" isn't really a restaurant. The food isn't great and they stop serving at 2pm. The Jungle Fish Beach Club down the beach towards Akumal is outstanding and has great amentities! Other notes - I didn't get to sleep in one single morning. Our bedroom was located directly below the "restaurant" and it sounded as if someone was walking on your head at 7am every morning. The ventilation between rooms is shared... yes! I woke every night to our neighbors' sounds in the bathroom :( Otherwise it was great and we were so thankful not to be staying in one of those packed all-inclusive resorts.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms at unbeatable prices. Our room was quiet and cool with powerful AC and no humidity. The kitchen was well-equipped and included a water cooler. The bed was the perfect firmness for a supportive sleep and the bedding was cozy. I used the hotel’s laundry service and it was fast and very reasonably priced. Hotel restaurant and nearby Jungle Fish are amazing with friendly staff. Yes, there is seaweed on the beach and the shore is rocky, but kayaks are plentiful and it’s easy to walk up the beach to swimmable areas. You will need to drive or take a collectivo to most activities, but there’s a tourist strip about 15 mins north along the beach you can walk to. Akumal Monkey Sanctuary and Yal Ku Lagoon were very close and great low key activities. Akumal pueblo has many low cost taco stands if you want tasty meals on a small budget. Loved our stay here! Enjoying good food in a quiet location with beautiful scenery and ocean breezes was just what I wanted.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
