        4.5 * Warm welcome by Ana the host who also helped arrange transfer from Airport. The apartment is more than big enough for a couple and has a separate kitchen/diner and outside terrace. A fridge / freezer helps keep everything cool and fantastic air conditioning throughout. Very clean and modernised, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of outside and The Riva. Accessible via a lift to floor 3 then approximately 15 steps to the top floor. The location is absolutely ideal. Right outside there is a little plaza where there is a nice vibe sometimes with local musicians playing live and some great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It so close to everything and a walk to the palace is maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Some very small touches would make this a five star review: such a loungers on the balcony to rest on; some additional shelves inside storage, sink bit wobbly in bathroom. All minor stuff and could be fixed easily. Each day staff will visit and provide clean towels. Recommended !!!!!!!!

        Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location is perfect and Goran was a wonderful host, very generous with his time and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit to Split and Laura Lux is a perfect place to stay.

        Great location, has own parking available on site, and just minutes from the Palace and Riva. Bars and restaurants in same street, but the room remains quiet. Modern, comfy accommodation with friendly manager.

        Cosy and beautiful. We enjoyed it a lot- it's been lovely, very clean and the suite is just a walking distance from the marine. A great place to stay in Split!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
