Rooms are ok and not bad Maintenance to the room is poor. The douche is missing a handle and the toilet water is not filling in good. Not all bulbs are working …The window I kept closed as the first time I opened it appeared to be hanged by a miracle and I was lucky to close again. I stayed 3 nights… Room service did not visit me once… I went to the service chariot to pickup my towels and soap because none comes … Very good open buffet for breakfast and a fair variety of dishes. Good collections of medium level restaurants around but relatively high priced.

Not a bad location. But everything else about was horrible. I went there a year ago, and there was no room sevice, no minibar or water at least, and don’t get me started on the breakfast. My mom came to eat her bread and she found watermelon juice on it, she didn’t have any watermelons. That’s when we figured that they put the leftovers on people plates back to the breakfast table. My dad had a fight there, instead of the owner calming him down and apologizing, he shouted back! Rude much?! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you want something cheap and 4 star, more like no star. The rooms were okay, but she shower in my parents room didn’t work, and when it did it had cold water and so they had to shower in our room.

What I enjoyed most is an exquisite design, sophisticated paintings, clean & gorgeous bathrooms and helpful staff. However! Why the hell is it situated in some kind of pit?? It's either you take a taxi whenever you decide to go out or you start a full workout program and climb uphill in order to reach the nearest supermarket, bus/metro station or fancy shopping center. Moreover, the food is very average and dull, didn't really enjoy a single meal at the hotel, it was just about enough to keep me fed, but nothing mouth-watering. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice. But the hotel does not deserve 5 stars because if its location and because of the lack of decent food at the breakfasts and dinners.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
