The room was cold when we arrived and there was no possibility to warm it up. After several calls (no service at the facility), they just said they were sorry but nothing could be done. Overall the place looks in disorder and dirty. We had breakfast included, but there is no cafeteria, and they send you to a nearby hostel to get a poor breakfast. Adding picture of the entrance, you can compare it the one on their site… also a picture of the quilt, were you can appreciate the distribution of the down…

4 stars might be a stretch. First the building looks old and needs to be serviced soon. Also the area around is similar to the building. But the inside was very nice and had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. There is no one at the front desk but they do give you an email with check in. The breakfast is at a restaurant which is a 4 minute walk and there was very limited options. But the food for dinner (not included) was very good.

I stayed for two days and had a terrible time. The room was small and had few amenities. There were chairs but no table. There was no closet or rack to hang your jackets, and the furniture was old. The bathroom was filthy and far too small. This flat is right in the middle of the road, which makes it extremely noisy. They bring you to the akureyri backpacker for breakfast, which provides the worst breakfast. Overall, I was totally dissatisfied with my stay and will never return or recommend it to others.

Nice apartments with great location - bars, restaurants, city centre within 5 minutes. Apartment equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, cutlery. Don’t understand the bad reviews. Self check-in is a good option when you’ll arrive late in the evening (what was our case). You just need to call the hotel to get your room number and the code at the day of your arrival. Parking located at the backside of the building.

Comfortable & clean simple room, convenient location. Self check in/check out with pin pad was super easy. Mini fridge and electric tea kettle was a nice touch. Parking was around the backside of the building.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
