This hotel has an amazing location with spectacular views. Everything in Fira is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious but.... the cave suits can not be recommended. The sleeping room is in the back with absolutely no ventilation. The entire suite s without cell coverage or wifi. When we asked for help on our issues the answer was pretty much that we booked the cave suits and are to blame and nothing can be done.

We stayed for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon it was honestly perfect and amazing. I can only speak for staying in the large suite with the balcony, we wanted a place with a private small pool and a view and we sure got it! Honestly we couldn't have been much happier, we saw so many balconies and pool but with zero privacy since so much was above them. This suite is on the northern side of Fira and higher up above most of everything! You have an amazing view and it was bigger than 90% of the other balconies we saw. It was a whole deck! The inside of the room was also great and we loved the big built in couch and cave shower. The staff was truly very very nice. We had help with our bags at arrival and departure from Pavlos and he brought us breakfast every morning, which was actually quite good! Zoi was very very friendly and helped us with everything we needed including scheduling our transfer to our ferry. We don't have a single complaint about our stay and couldn't recommend our stay more. After everything we saw, we would book the same again.

Stayed at Lava Suites - Master Bedroom suite with private balcony/pool and had an incredible experience with breathtaking views of the caldera and sunset; Nikolas, the host, was exceptional, providing valuable recommendations and assistance, making it a definite revisit. The first thing to look into before I get into my personal experience relates to the photos on the website are mainly from 2015 and do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. Due to these outdated pictures I made my decision to book this hotel. In terms of my personal experience I will begin with the positive part of my time at the hotel. The positive aspects: the location is fantastic, with an incredible view, and a short walk to the action in Fira. While we were there we witnessed the pool and spa being maintained and it looked clean. Everything else falls short. The common areas were functional but very limited in space if the hotel was full. The “lounge area” had two loungers and most guest wouldn’t have a place to use the area. At best two other loungers could fit so it was more like a private rooftop patio area for the first family who secured the space. The other common space to sit was similar in that there were only a few tables available. The room we had was atrocious. The only window we had didn’t have full window coverings so at night the main area was in full view all lit up for anyone who walked past. Speaking of, the entrance had a rope clipped across which anyone walking along the very busy walkway along the coast could easily remove and walk freely around the facility. We witnessed this as people came in off the path to use the staircase as an instagram photo op space. The main area by the way was also the “beds”. There was a bedroom but we had three people in our group so two of us had the “second bedroom” space which was the “couches” in the main area - which was concrete molded platforms with a 4 inch foam acting as our “mattress”. The kitchenette came with only two glasses - despite their knowledge of our booking including three guests and when we asked for a third glass the manager looked at her watch at 4:50pm as she was leaving for the day and asked: can I get it for you tomorrow? Which, as you can guess never did happen. The wifi couldn’t reach beyond the first couple feet within our room so I had to pull in one of the outdoor chairs to sit by the front door so we could get service. I had to bring in the outdoor chair because the unit didn’t have any? Just the uncomfortable “couch / bed “ things. We had planned to stay for 4 nights but left after the first night - which was very inconvenient as we had to leave the Fira area to get accommodations and it was very costly taking cabs everywhere to the sightseeing spots. If this had been hostel prices and corresponding expectations this spot would be sufficient, but not as a luxury accommodation.

Probably one of the best views in Fira in a fantastic location. Serenity room (550+ euro per night) did not meet expectations as it lacked maintenance. The sun lounge was missing, shade sail was missing, outdoor cushions were stained. The photos online aren’t an accurate reflection of how the room was presented. Staff were very kind and helpful in attending to issues (air conditioning + spa issues) to the extent they could. Breakfast was done nicely. 2 star rating reflects the overall experience and value proposition. The owners need to spend some money fixing the rooms and outdoor area of this suite.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
