You have to pay 10 Ringgit extra per night extra on arrival. A shame they don't include that in the price so you end up in a not so low budget guest house. I paid 10,50 euro for a single room with fan... The room is small and smelly with only one outlet. Could charge my phone only half during the night... Only positive thing is that the front desk guy is very friendly and willing to help. But would definitely not recommend this guesthouse since there are much better options for this price.

Our family of four stayed here for the night and all four of us left the hotel premises with high satisfaction. Despite the seemingly small facade, the room we stayed in was adequately spacious. The only improvement we can think of is to add more insulation to the windows as the sound of the night bazaar did creep in at times, this was not a major issue, however, as we slept soundly. What left us most impressed were the hospitality though (both from humans and critters 😀). The host, Anuar, was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and helpful as well when we wanted to leave our luggage in the guesthouse post check-out. Complimentary snacks and drinks were also provided for free, the tea was delightful! On to the hospitality from our fellow critters, the two cats, Stalkie and Square, were friendly, playful and warm. They most certainly made our stay felt much more homey and provided great companionship.

The public area was nice. They provided free coffee and tea during the day. I've always been accompanied by 2 lovely cats here, unfortunately the room I stayed not quite. There was no trash bin in the room, so much hair stucked in the shared bathroom drainage, sometime water didn't work to flush the toilet, and the room was annoyingly green. If you're looking for quite place to stay during weekends, this place definitely not for you. The host was a nice person tho, but this wasn't enough. Plus point, the air-conditioning worked perfectly fine.

Great location, close to the bus stop from the bus station. Not far to walk for any of the sights, right next to a big weekend market. Host very friendly with 2 very friendly cats. Room clean and comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
