The location is too awesome. Just 500m from Union metro station. Very close to happening Al Rigga area and Canal view. Room was neat and spacious. Washroom was very clean and had bathtub. It also had hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. Rooms were cleaned daily, 2 small water bottles and tea coffee sachets were provided for each day. Swimming pool was also clean and deep enough. Hassle free check in and checkout. Overall it was a great experience.

We wanted a budget hotel for our trip and the prices kept dropping until the last day 😅 the hotel is in deora and is really decent for the budget. The staff were really polite and helpful. There were absolutely no issues with our stay. The hotel is very close to the market place where alot of 24*7 supermarkets and food joints are open.

the hotel is ownsome, clean, quite, and very good staff... a gave 3 starts because I spend 10 days and in my last night the room A/C stop working for unknow reason and all the efforts made by maintenance team were fail... so I left all the night and the next day without A/C, I called the recipient midnight, and they said they will send someone but simply ignore me until I checked out

I recently stayed at Lavender Hotel in Dubai for a period of 13 days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback to ensure other travelers are aware of the hotel's shortcomings. First and foremost, the management's lack of organization and communication was evident throughout my stay. On three separate occasions, I was locked out of my room and asked to pay the hotel tax again, despite having already paid it upon check-in. This issue persisted even after the receptionist changed, indicating a systemic problem within the hotel. It was disheartening to witness such inconsistency and a clear lack of coordination among the staff. Moreover, it seemed that there was no centralized system in place to keep track of payments and guest information. This resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for guests like myself. It is imperative for any reputable hotel to have efficient systems and well-trained staff to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for their guests. Unfortunately, this was sorely lacking at this hotel. I attempted to address my concerns with the hotel staff, but it became evident that nobody had a clear understanding of what was happening. The lack of knowledge and awareness among the employees further highlights the management's failure to provide proper training and guidance to their team members. In light of my experience, I strongly urge potential guests to exercise caution when considering Lavender Hotel Deira. The issues I encountered during my stay were indicative of a hotel that falls short in terms of customer service, professionalism, and overall guest satisfaction. I hope that by sharing my review, other travelers can make more informed decisions and avoid the frustrations I encountered at Lavender Hotel Deira. It is my sincere hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate steps to address the issues at hand.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
