If you want to have peace and quiet, the location is amazing, just on top of the rice fields. Beautiful rooms, charming and comfortable. The Spa is quite expensive for Vietnam but the laundry was cheap. The staff's English needs improvement. They misunderstood a non pork/Muslim order and it was sometimes difficult to get what we needed in general. Overall, an amazing experience while visiting Sapa!

The location is a bit far from the city center, however this place offers a wonderful opportunity to escape and immerse oneself in a serene atmosphere. The tranquil surroundings provide a perfect setting to relax and truly appreciate the picturesque scenery that unfolds before you. The panoramic view is not just good, it's genuinely awe-inspiring and undoubtedly makes the journey to this place entirely worthwhile.

Great place to lay low and relax! I specifically got a room with a fire place to enjoy that with it being so cold and was a little disappointed that I had to pay to keep the fire going. The 1st bundle of wood is free and you have to pay for every bundle after that. I think for the cost of the room the fire wood should be included. The bath tub was incredible but the hot water was not working at first. The staff came by and it was fixed in a couple hours. The bed was pretty comfy and the pillow were amazing. Overall a really great place to stay.

Good place to stay but some points could have been better in the design of the place... Major point is the premium bungalow located just beside the road and the bike parking. The lower rate rooms are much far from the road... doesnt seem logical. Hard to understand... but had to request a down grading of room to be in more quiet conditions Staff however helped to arrange To improve also.... don't serve water in plastic bottles.... seems not in line with place name. The rooms are given with glass bottle but in restaurant water is served in plastic Lavie bottles. Good point : Rooms are nicely decorated and equipped with chimney ...wood is allocated to set fire. Place is somehow relaxing despite the distance with the road. Location is well connected to the city by taxi despite the distance from center. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Great staying experience although it is far from sapa Town but you be able to see the good view of the valley. The room is spacious, good break and friendly staff. Room is clean and well equipped except the toilet need to be improved for better drainage, else the whole toilet be wet after shower.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
