Perfect! I can't think of anything I would want to change about my stay at this wonderful resort. My room was quite large with a big Smart TV that offered a variety of cable programming. I ate a delicious breakfast every morning offering anything I could imagine - during my 4-day stay, I never had to eat the same thing twice if I didn't want to. They got a big beautiful pool but even better, they're right on the ocean where they offer lounge, towel, and food service. The sunsets were incredible there every evening. Most important to me were the friendly, accommodating staff. They seem to be genuinely happy people willing to do anything for their guests from the heart. And I also applaud the GM who I chatted with more than a few times during my stay. I always saw him out and about the hotel with his staff - a sure sign of a good leader. I definitely want to come back here and will. I have friends here on the island so... see you again in the future L'Azure Resort.

This has to be one of the best hotels on the island, the rooms are large and spacious, the bathroom is wonderful, house keeping is some of the best that we have come across. There is so much choice for breakfast and at the moment the resort is fairly quiet. Best bit is the beach, plenty of sunbeds under newly refurbished sun shades, clean towels every time you need one, we are staying in room 305, to us it is the perfect 11night stay.

Beautiful resort with private beach situated just 15 minutes away from the airport. The beach was clean and spacious and not crowded at all The room was clean and nicely decorated Outside the resort there are plenty of food choices just a few minutes of walking distance but if you are lazy the food in the resort was not too bad albeit more expensive than outside. Overall a very pleasant stay

Absolutely loved our stay here recently. The facilities were fabulous. Great food, quality of accommodation, amazing staff and location. My wife particularly enjoyed the spa treatments with Cindy. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
