Great apartment hotel! Worth all the money! Light and Nordic still. Super clean! It is exactly how the pictures show. Great quiet neighborhood with local bars and restaurants round the corner. I’ll definitely be back here!

Wonderfully equipped room in a hotel that had just opened the week I spend the night. The staff was very helpful throughout the stay, however, I don't think there will always be staff around to the degree I experienced. They are obviously still working out the bugs associated with opening the hotel. The location from an access to the metro and local restaurants standpoint is very good. If you like pizza, Pizzeria Fratelli Figurato, about 5 minute walk from the hotel is a must. Make a reservation. It opens at 8 and was full in less than 5 minutes. My major complaint about the hotel is is location adjacent a night club or disco that was booming out "music" until at least 2:00 AM. I was located on the 2nd floor and did not get to sleep until the venue closed. Unless you are planning to be a patron of the disco or night club until 2:00 AM you might want to consider requesting a very high floor.

Stayed with my girlfriend for almost 2 weeks in one of the 2 bedroom apartments. The building itself is newly renovated and to our understanding was opened not long ago. Generally speaking, there is nothing bad to say about the apartment: Nicely equipped (though the stove did not work), quite spacious rooms and sufficient common area to live by. The staff itself is nice and I would rate it 5 stars if it wasn't for an ugly incident: as we changed rooms during our stay, we left in the old room a bag with 9(!) new t shirts inside the closet. As wenotified the staff a couple of days later - it disappeared. Clearly one of the staff members / cleaners stole it. The compay said it is not their responsibility, which is a bit weird considering they are hiring the people who are within and around guests belongings :) or maybe not? Anyhow, if you do not mind being exposed to your items being stolen - it is a prety cool place to stay in Madrid with good VFM

Don’t stay during weekends or holidays since there is night club in the basement and whole building is vibrating and you can hear loud music. I was staying on 6th floor so I can only imagine how bad it must be lower. You won’t find this info in apartment’s description.

Everything perfect, new clean and well furnished apartment equipped with everything you need. Simple check in and check out. If we want to look for a possible area of improvement, an iron could be useful, especially for those traveling for work.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
