The room is pretty good and spacious. It feels like an apartment than actual hotel room. There is a construction going on right in front so beware if you're a light sleeper. The sofa is definitely the best in terms of comfort. I took a nap like a baby on the 🛋 The $100 deposit was a bit stiff. I really think it should be $40 max, which will be enough to cover most of stuff 🤔 The staff told me that if I ever lost a key card, it would be $20 additional charge. I think the management should charge a higher room price instead vs. Charging so much for small things and $100 deposit 😅

Terrible experience. This never happened to us before. We checked out and after they checked the room they said that there were stains in the bedsheets so that were impossible to remove. Which was not true. We did not give any stains because otherwise it would have already happened in the past to us. They say that I use some sort of oil on my skin and that is the reason of the stain. In general the breakfast was not good either. I have never experience this in my life. We have been in Asia for almost a month and we stayed in other hotels and this did not happen. Now they want to charge us with 115 dollars because we need to pay the bedsheets.

Well appointed spacious room with crispy bedding. Centrally located for all my business needs with numerous eateries. We enjoyed a night swimming in the rooftop pool and a refreshing complimentary beer. Our room was quiet and breakfast was great in this price range. Well trained staff. Highly recommended.

This hotel is disastrous. The breakfast is horrible. The cold milk is hot the hot food is cold. This hotel is beside a massive construction building. The desk staff are smug and crude besides the lady. The aircon doesn't work , they do not accept amex, black card visa or any virtual credit card. Or bank transfer . U helpful and uselesss are two kind of words . They also illegally hold ur passports . Thisnis the property of the ggoverning country. DO NOT STAY HERE

Very comfortable and well-appointed hotel almost directly on the banks of the Mekong River. Cash & Credit cards accepted. For their security deposit they only accept cash which is refunded to you when you check-out after they ensure the room has no damage. Good English abilities here. Room is very comfortable. Bed is positioned so the AC is not blowing directly on it. Deluxe room has a small balcony you can step onto and sit if you like to enjoy the view. The view is not particularly wonderful during the day but at night the lights are pretty. Separate desk/workspace area with power outlet. Large TV. Bathroom has both a shower and a tub and they provide all necessary toiletry amenities including a razor. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Has a more historic/authentic vibe to it than some of the other hotels in town. Price is slightly higher but the location dictates this. Quick tuk-tuk or Grab/taxi ride into the heart of KL for shopping, eating, etc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
