I stayed for one night from Sunday 16th July to Monday 17th. Easily accessible, the owner was polite and very kind. Room in good condition and clean. Bathroom ok. Air conditioning in perfect working order, comfortable bed. We will be back for sure

If you are looking for accommodation for your stay in Matera to visit the splendid city and its surroundings, Le Due Gravine is the right place, the rooms as well as the shared kitchen are modern but above all equipped and clean. The location is excellent about 20 minutes walk from the Sassi of Matera or 5 minutes if you have a car. Check in is easy and can be done in the total absence of the host, a varied breakfast is also available in the price. If one day I return to Matera I will definitely stay here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
