One word: Amazing. What a beautiful hotel in a great location with a delightful staff. We stayed 2 days and wish we could have stayed a week! The location is great because it is at a scooter and bike only bridge, so there is no heavy traffic and town is an easy 10 - 15 minute walk..or you can borrow a bike! Biking is easy because traffic moves so slow that it is no problem, even when there are is a lot of volume. The hotel is new, but has an old French / tropical vibe that super well done and relaxing. Breakfast is a wide variety buffet and the coffee is some of the very best you will ever have. Tip: sit on the veranda and enjoy the view of the river. One downside: we had one only dinner but everything was pretty bland and dry.

We got an excellent room upstairs with a nice view of the pool and the river (Room 124). The room was nice, good bathroom and always cool, so we never used the air conditioning. All the attendants were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. The location was a little bit far from the downtown restaurants and the shops, but a walkable distance. We did rent a motorbike, so that wasnt an issue for us. The hotel has a very organised garden, beatiful landscape and we felt very comfortable. They have a parking lot, so we felt secure leaving the bike overnight in a safe place. I recommend the hotel to anyone who likes to run around the tours all day long and coming back to good place to chill out and relax.

Great location even though it is not in Center of the happening town but that means it’s quiet. Superb service from the staff, all very friendly though their English is a bit weak. The only suggestion I have for them is to put a rubbery mat in the bathroom as the water does not dry up the next morning and is super slippery. This may cause accidents. Apart from this, everything is 5* here.

Stayed there during the off season, couldn't feel the real vibe of the resort. Not good for overnight stay, I mean normal tourists. If you have days to sped and in a mood to relax in a resort ambiance, it may work. The rooms are very old fashioned. Even the doors are off the 60"s. There are lot of rooms /cottages available, however, as we stayed there almost alone.., we feel it like a ghost house. The restaurant is big, neat and the complimentary breakfast available was up to the marks. The receptionist at the front deck is lacking the communication skills and he is struggling to speak English. In total, we were not comfortable enough there. (may be we stayed there at the wrong time)

Everything about Le Bel Air was great. It is on the river, within walking distance of everything. Be sure to get up early for when the monks go out to collect alums

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
