Beautiful and very comfortable hotel with an amazing view. The staff is very kind, they have decorated the room for our honeymoon and made me a sweet gift for my birthday. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel at Tam Coc!

Stayed here December 2-3rd. The good: The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly. The bad: The room doors let in a lot of light and noise due the window pane and being uneven. Kept waking up to neighbors making a lot of noise because we had to use a physical key to open the room and that created a lot of unnecessary noise. The bathroom severely needed an update. Whenever we would shower the water would flow up near the toilet and create a mess. There was an overflow cut out on the glass partition bottom that led from the toilet into the shower drain. The bathroom tiles were also moldy. There must have been a farm next door as we were awaken by roosters early in the morning. I would say this is more like a 2 star hotel.

Sum up: Hôtel really calm and green like a little private paradise. Would come back here but wouldn’t make it my only choice. Breakfast is not necessarily to be taken as it is expansive, not a lot of choices and not so tasty. (Price around 200’000 VND) Pro: - Green and nature - Staff really carrying and smiling - Handcraft embroidery factory which make this hotel really artistic. You can find some everywhere - Swimming pool nice Cons: - Bed a bit hard but it is quiet usual in Vietnam - 0 sound isolation. It is tho part of the concept but doesn’t suits me. Morning is really annoying to be waken up by noise of people going in and out rooms.

Lovely hotel with clean pools (the water was so cold for my taste, it was about 29 celcius that day). The room has great view. Large and cozy. No tv but not a big deal. The glass wall to the balcony was so clear that my wife tried to went to the balcony by hitting her head to :( 🤣. Breakfast was good with lot of choices. Quite and cozy. The staff were also friendly. Note: the entrance road is quite small and it hard to recognize the place at first time.

Without any doubt this is by far one of the best places I have stayed at in this part of Asia. Le clos du fil is a small and unpretentious boutique hotel, mostly ran by ladies who also ran the attached embroideries workshop. Besides being spotless clean, with spacious and well-equipped rooms, as well as child friendly facilities, we loved the staff. Their high sense of hospitality and customer attention made our stay absolutely exceptional. They also offer embroidery classes, which is a great add-on activity for children. Last but not least, the restaurant is very good, with a variety of Vietnamese and western options and drinks. Overall, I 100% recommend this hotel and we’ll surely go back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
