        The room we have is on the 43rd floor, it's very peaceful and the view is amazing. This could well be enough to make me choose to come here again. The suite is spacious and very clean. The amenities - aircon, TV, washing machine, ironing machine etc are excellent quality. The location is OK, but you have to walk for 10 - 15 minutes to get from the room to the far side of Busan Station and the city or buses and the metro. After a few days it's a bit of a drag. That said, there are convenience stores and a coffee shop in the building. Getting to the apartment itself is not straightforward, it involves an elevated walkway, two lifts, leaving and entering the same building, two keypad codes and a qr code. We had a problem with our door code, it stopped working for some reason and we were unable to get into our room at the end of a long day. The only way to communicate with Le Collective is via chat bot - no good in an emergency. We got the concierge of another business to find their number and call them on our behalf. The matter was quickly resolved after.

        I booked this place for 4 adults, and there was only 1 blanket in the place, so I requested to provide us additional blanket cause obviously one is not enough for 4 adults. The staff said additional fee will be charged(30,000 per topper set). I don't understand that why it's not mentioned any where while I was booking and why this room is showed when I searched the room for 4 adults.

        It's clean and well-heated, so it's a great place to stay with your family. It also has the advantage of being close to Busan Station. However, since it is a mobile front desk, it is difficult to tell anyone about machine errors, etc., and I registered my rental car as parked, but it was not recognized, so I had to keep taking the car and putting it back in because I was charged a fee... :( However, I am willing to visit again.^^;

        The lunch shop will send accommodation-related information that day. The message includes the password for the lobby to the elevator and the door password. Scan the qrcord for the elevator, but the agoda program will turn the qrcord into garbled characters, making it impossible to take the elevator when checking in. Finally, please ask the security staff to notify the housekeeping staff to come on site and send a text message to your mobile phone before you can check in. The order was for 6 people, but the hotel only provided supplies for 4 people, and no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided. The room has a great view and the electrical appliances in the room are also very technological. There is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a wardrobe that keeps clothes wrinkle-free.

        This place is great, with new technology equipment and beautiful decoration. It is very safe to enter and exit. There is a password for entering the door and a second QR-Code for the elevator. Enter the password again when you go to the room. I didn’t understand it at first. The signs were not clear and I had to keep solving puzzles. , give a reference to friends who want to stay. Check-in related information will not be provided until 12 noon on the day of check-in. If you want to know English, please use Facebook private message, and if you understand Korean, use Koloa APP. Quilt: clean and comfortable (but only one large quilt is provided for the double bed. If you want to add a quilt, it will cost 40,000 won, which is not very satisfactory) Bathroom: The water is prone to hot and cold (if you are concerned about taking a shower carefully when going out, you should think twice). Shampoo and body wash are within the standard, and no facial cleanser is provided.) Washing machine: great, and dryer too. Microwave oven: very simple to operate. Refrigerator: It’s very big, but it doesn’t have a water function. We all buy water in the supermarket. Subway: About 12 minutes’ walk from Busan Station. Bus: The back door of Busan Station (5-1) is very close. Disadvantages: The sofa is a bit dirty
