My husband and I booked this hotel for the central location and the great pictures but our room was very disappointing, as soon as we entered a smell of cheap supermarket room spray hit is directly on our noses trying to mask the bad smell from the bathroom. There were white stains on the furniture. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The street outside is full with drug addict people and drug smugglers constantly hassling you to buy. We left after 2 hours even though we paid for 3 days. No refund was given.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. the famous tram 28 stops right in front of the hotel which allows you to get a seating spot from the beginning of the famous route. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower pressure is like Niagara Falls. The towels are fluffy and the bathroom has slippers and bathrobe waiting for you. The hotel has a cafe with delicious coffee and drinks. You can walk to Sintra train station (12 minutes) and Time Out Market (10 minutes)

Really wonderful hotel in a great part of Lisbon. Ask for a room overlooking the square if you're happy with a bit more noise but an amazing view and great atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful - doesn't have a load of features like pool, large restaurant etc but for us was perfect. Spacious rooms, lovely service and perfect location.

We loved it! We spent 5 nights in February. Our room faced the square with a balcony in the bedroom and one in the living area. The view was superb! The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The staff (especially Pedro!) made our days wonderful with excellent suggestions of places to visit and dine. We love being on the square with all the people and activity. We will definitely be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
