Everyone at the hotel was very nice, but it seemed a bit disorganized and overwhelmed. Food orders were regularly confused, communication was missed. We thought we made a dinner reservation a month before arrival only to find out when we arrived it had not been made. More staff and staff training would be helpful. That said the hotel is lovely and the room was great.

I am shocked there aren’t more 5 star reviews! I am traveling from the US for fashion week 2023. I was skeptical about booking because of the reviews compared to the price. However, this day did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the kindness of the staff. They were very polite, accommodating and fast with their service. I’ve booked a room for two with a balcony view. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are elegant. This is definitely, somewhere I would stay again my next visit to Paris. My only disappointment was the food, however, the location and proximity to Champs makes up for this. P.S Try the bread sticks here, very tasty snack!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the room was amazing, the staff were superb,close to everything. The food, the SPA EVERYTHING was just outstanding. I will be staying here from now on every time in Paris . Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. My son and I were here for 5 nights. Absolutely AMAZING 😍😍

Beautiful hotel, very elegant common areas and rooms. Excellent breakfast, and bar service. Super nice SPA area. Some technical issues with room (a/c not working on days 3-5 of our stay), elevator "en panne" for a while on week-end day, corridors left untidy and unchecked (left-over food, bottles by guests, cleaning products). But overall, happy with stay.

I could not say enough about how great this stay was. The staff was helpful, attentive, and very pleasant, and all were English speakers as well. The rooms were quaint, cozy, and comfortable. The restrooms were clean and modern, giving an air of sophistication. The shower had strong water pressure and was spacious, the bathtub was also large enough for two. We picked a room with balconies that opened up from both the room, and the restroom next to the tub and was a marvelous experience. Room service was excited about making us a special vegan accomodation for breakfast and did not disappoint, as we ate and drank our cappuccinos on the balcony with the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The sauna and heated pool was also magical and we were surprised to see no one taking advantage of it. Bartenders were amazing. Bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. Prime location right on the water just a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with bikes right outside. Room was quiet, unless you go to bed before 9pm on a Friday night. You could maybe hear sirens if they passed by but otherwise it was perfectly peaceful. I will be staying here again, no question.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
