Stayed in a few places while visiting Hanoi and this was by far my favourite, shame I only found it on my last night. I had a room with a balcony and it was very spacious. Came with extras like a fridge, kettle and bath. The hot water didn’t last long so was fine for showering but not sure a bath would be possible. But what makes this place so special is the people that work there, they go above and beyond to help you out and are always smiling and so friendly in everything they do. I will definitely return!

My flight got delayed so I arrived at the hostel at 3.40am. The staff greeted me without a frown on his face and that made me feel very welcome. I also had an issue with my suitcase and couldn't open the two zippers. I called a locksmith at 5.40am for I had a meeting to attend at 8am and needed to get ready. While I was waiting for the locksmith, the staff, once again, being the hero who doesn't wear cape, unlatched the zipper for me. Otherwise I would have had to pay 300,000VND to the locksmith. Anyway, the room was spot-on. All facilities were in good condition: comfy bed, clean vanity, abundant of toiletries, TV, fridge, closet, hairdryer, and electric kettle, too. I definitely recommend Tryst hostel. Best service! A nearby noodle place (at the intersection on the right of the hostel) served amazing food too.

The room is under the water pump, it sounds all the time and vibrates the bed and bathroom pipes, I could not sleep I have migraine , when at 1am I talked to the staff they said it was something loose and it was fixed, it was a lie ( they knew it was the water pump and normal noise, they could change my room but did not) . I didn't sleep at all and at 6 am I complained again but the new staff thought it was normal . Not a suitable place for a room under the machine room. It sounds 4 times more than a washing machine. The hotel is dirty, smells like cigarette, dust everywhere, looks like it is under construction . The price is too high for these conditions.

Service was excelence and the room was very clean. They provide good breakfast and the receptionist was very responsive as well. The rooms were private and it was surprisingly quiet so such downtown location 5/5 recommended for tourist as well!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
