It is truly authentic. I have to say that the service is just the best we received; the waiter was very helpful, patient & friendly, explaining the menu items and helping us with our diet restrictions. He was just amazing. The food itself was truly authentic. We opted for the porcini pasta and chicken with vegetables. The pasta was loaded with mushrooms; some of which were a bit too mushy to our taste. The chicken was super tender cooked in a vegetable sauce that was just balanced enough.

This was the best restaurant I visited in Italy. The penne à la vodka is just out of this world. It was the best pasta I had in my life. I visited this place twice because I couldn't stop thinking about the pasta. The atmosphere is great, it's a genuine restaurant. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I was there 7 years ago and the food was amazing good. However when we made a reservation this time, they didn’t inform us that there was an incident and that we had to eat at their pizza place across. They didn’t not have the Florentine steak and most dishes. And as you can imagine the atmosphere of a pizza joint and the restaurant is totally different. I would wish they would have told us earlier so we wouldn’t make the effort to walk across town.

Just home from an amazing meal at Alla Vecchia Bettola. Booked in early afternoon for a 7.30pm table. The atmosphere in this place is amazing, the highlight of my week long stay in Florence and definitely the best food! Our waiter was fantastic, made us feel so welcome and was very attentive even though it was packed full by 7.45!! I cannot recommend this place enough for a truly Italian dining experience. Anchovies and butter, Pears and cheese, pork steak and the famous vodka pasta. All of it was incredible🥰 Have a coffee and an Amaro to finish the evening!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
