        The hotel looks elegant with it's marble floors and shower room. The room didn't have a nice view and there is no wardrobe to hang the clothes. There is a jug but no tea or coffee and even cups. The staff are very friendly, nice and helpful.

        Reception girl cheats us. Booking hotel room with breakfast. When go down stair to restaurant not found any prepare to customer. Checking with Reception girl she said the breakfast time start at 8:00am. So I get down at 9:30am. She said the breakfast time finished at 9:00am. If the breakfast time only 1 hr. Why she not I form to me when I check with her. I don't believe her. Because the hotel have more area still repairing.

        This hotel is so disgusting, the floors are mank, everything is so dusty and dirty, they wouldn't give me any towels or a 2nd pillow so a very uncomfortable stay. There's a rooftop and a pool upstairs so run down and so disgusting. I've asked reception 4 times for a towel and 2nd pillow and im at the stage now im just giving up. I've spent as much as i can outside doing stuff it's that bad. Please don't stay here its defo not a 4 star hotel or as good as it looks in the pictures

        I had a good price (~2-stars price), I didn’t expect much. The hotel owner has changed after covid (this explains the multiple hotel names depending on search engine) I found it is good confort and good location for what I paid, quiet room, air conditioning refreshing enough to sleep. The pool will open again soon according to the owner, the rooftop restaurant as well. I did not try the gym room, but the rooftop view is just amazing… Reading a book by sunset is peaceful. There is still some work before it is really 4 stars again, however I’m very happy about my stay 🙂

        Can't recommend it until the renovation is done. Room is basic, no TV, no fridge, a little grubby. There's a kettle and a glass. A/c ok. Fourth floor, roof restaurant and pool is a building site. Restaurant has five items and three cans. No breakfast. The good news is there's active cats on the empty floors which spent one evening keeping the place clear. Wires everywhere, patchy wifi. Staff helpful.
