Awful place, when I arrived they told me they didn’t have a non smoking room even though I had already booked online. The room smelled like cigarettes. The area was in Senopati which is right, but it’s right by a trash dump so the moment you step outside it smells awful. The sheets and blankets had stains all over them but when I stained the sheet they charged me a full night extra to cover it. The worst part was constantly being hassled for tips. The front desk guy was really slimey and asked me questions about the guests I was bringing.

Good room and staff is friendly, location is good but you won’t able to rest and sleep at all. New KTV next room open 3-4 months ago, somewhere March 2023. The one thing I truly say to other customer is not to stay in this hotel because they rented a space to a KTV (without name) which a little bit suspicious and they will play music till 5 am hence no one can sleep in the hotel because the music was so loud and many customers will just go down after 12 am or after midnight to complain about the sounds from the KTV, but they can’t do anything because the hotel owner and the karaoke owner are friends and likely let the the weird business continue. I went down at 5 am at one night to complain and went to the KTV front door and they say they are closing down and I saw many ‘KTV girls’, with customers just come out and went in to the cars. They are bunch of drunks and I would say some people need to knock sense unto them not to disturb the neighborhood. Again, it is unfortunate, nice hotel but the owner does not care about the hotel’s customer and let this hotel become a nest for something else.

Who knew there was a 57 room hotel on this small street. Probably shouldn't be but guess it serves a purpose for those on a budget who wanna take advantage of the Senoparty scene. Kitchen set in each room is a nice touch though lobby is pretty sad.
