I was absolutely astonished by the level of service I received at this hotel! From the moment I walked in the staff went above and beyond. My room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping freshened everything daily. The rooftop bar was great as was the restaurant on the first floor! Location is perfect! Huge thanks to Johnson, the quarterback making sure everything was just right, Shannon P, Jeff, Rushad, and Niles! Ya'll really made my trip special! Thanks so much!

The room was very nice. Spacious with a good bathroom where everythung worked very well. The location was good, in the centre of downtown although downtown Houston was very quiet. The big disappointment was the 'included breakfast' which turned out, after asking as it wasn't given automatically, to be a ten dollar voucher for the hotel restaurant. It made a would-have-been-very-good experience into a disappointing one. Even the wait staff in the restaurant seemed shocked by this!

Incredible hotel and service was waaaay beyond what we expected. We hosted a HUGE group here and noticed that we were not the only large group on-site. The team seamlessly took care of every detail, the rooms were clean and well-sized and beautifully decorated, very luxurious, we were offered our choice of complimentary champagne, wine, or whisky upon check-in (they also had life water), the restaurant and the rooftop bar were amazing, great menus, amazing service there as well. In Houston, this is the ONLY place we'll stay.

I live in the Houston Heights about 10 minutes from downtown but love a nice staycation whenever I can get away! I participated in the Houston Hot Chocolate run downtown this weekend giving me a reason to snag a hotel for a few days. I decided to stay at a Marriott brand that I’ve never stayed at before downtown. Hadn’t heard much about Le Meridien but was impressed by all the positive reviews I read prior. Must say they did not disappoint! From my pre-arrival phone inquiry with Rashad requesting an earlier check-in to my awesome greeting by the valet staff and onsite personnel, I honestly felt right at home. The staff were ALL absolutely Amazing - Rashad, William, Marlene, Martha, and Jeff! Thanks guys and gals for your genuine hospitality! It makes all the difference in the world! Will definitely plan another downtown stay at this location. I love the amenities here as well as the Marriott Marquis - but the staff there could learn a thing or two from you all! Keep up the great work. You made my stay so much more enjoyable! 😊

Love this space and the team running it. I couldn’t not had asked for a better experience during my stay and the event I hosted their went off without a hitch. The leadership in catering, sales and marketing went above and beyond to make sure of it - felt like 5 star treatment. I can’t say enough how much I would recommend this hotel for any occasion - it’s in a great location; food is yummy, atmosphere is modern and fun - and the rooftop experience is one you will not forget! I will be back again and again and so appreciate this hotel for the joy it has brought to my family and friends - thanks Le Meridien!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
