During my stay, I fell seriously ill and reached out for assistance. Ms. Velia and Mr. Sam not only recommended calling a doctor but also kindly delivered soothing teas to my room. They were very kind throughout my stay. I rated a 3-star rating to my room due to issues with the AC unit. The first night was cold, and my attempts to use the heater were in vain. Despite seeking help the next day and being assured of a solution, there was no improvement upon my return. Regrettably, my room stayed at 15 degrees Celsius in heater mode, necessitating multiple engineer visits. While it posed physical challenges for me, the issue was eventually resolved after enduring some discomfort in my bed for a few hours with the engineer present in my room.

Never ever going to come back to this hotel again. Brown, rusty water runs out of the shower head when I was showering halfway and got it all over me. Complained to the front desk, they changed my room and still the same thing happened after some time. A really really bad experience for my first time here in Jakarta. Giving 3 stars for service only because their guest care team members are so helpful when I first checked in and are always so smiley and friendly to all guests, especially Hartika. Kudos to Hartika for making my stay not all bad.

I stayed here in 18-19th Oct. The room was clean and very convenient, but not very spacious for a Bonvoy Marriott group hotel. I requested the new renovated room (not all rooms have been renovated), however, I see no major differences with the room I stayed on a few years ago. So.. not sure what had been renovated. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
