Awesome stay and service. Breakfast is also nice with different cuisine which suits to different culture. I can't find the room pic, but the rooms are really comfortable and spacious. The service is also too good. Keep up the good work.

70s hotel which has been partially upgraded. Tired. But not Sad. Overpriced ! Only one of the several food outlets was actually open. The breakfast buffet was quite good but the egg chef was a big lazy. Also I had been sitting for 20 mins one day before being offered coffee. Another day I had to ask for coffee - despite there being a maître d type person walking around. Reception was helpful but not friendly. A lot of car places and disused offices and shops around. The nearest off site coffee and food options are about 8 mins walk.

Recently stayed at this property, and the moment I entered the room, it was decided that I would never be coming back. The rooms are smaller than the average rooms you expect at this price. A significant dampness and smell which you can feel the minute you enter the room. No iron and iron board available in the room. You have to call for it. Slow service - expect to wait for up to 30 minutes if you have ordered coffee. The breakfast is just average. Not sure why they charge a premium price for an average experience.

It was one of the most beautiful stays i ever had , its my first time in jeddah , the hotel is wonderful, staff are well trained and experienced specially ( ms. Shrouq ) she did a great job as i did my last minute reservation before entering the lobby , and ahe got my reservation information which normally need some time to appear on the system, appreciate her assistance and wish to thank her and the rest of the staff for the lovely hospitality, i will come back again sure 🙏🏻🌹

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
