        We had an amazing stay at the Madison Hotel for two nights. The rooms were exactly as pictured on the website and the staff members were all so friendly, kind, and helpful. The lobby bar was a great vibe and had delicious drinks. I would definitely come back again!

        Spent a weekend here with friends. I’ve previously stayed at the JW Marriott in DC, but decided to try somewhere new. I was disappointed in the tired state of the rooms. Our curtains had stains, our lampshade looked like it had been through the shower, and the carpet in the room had obvious traffic wear. Room 1026. The rooms decor and style was also pretty out of date- giving 2005-2010. It felt like we were in a glorified holiday inn. For what this hotel advertises itself to be- it falls far short in terms of cleanliness and overall aesthetic. The staff was wonderful aside from all of this!

        I really enjoyed my stay! The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and tidy while the bar/restaurant is an easy fix if you are tired and do not want to leave the hotel. I also must say the gym is exceptional which I was not expecting much from a hotel gym but felt like I was at my home gym on a smaller scale. Would recommend this hotel to friends & family.

        the rooms were tired and worn. adequate. comfortable. nice pillows. the in room frig was automated for the minibar, could not store any personal drinks. small bathrooms. all in all, perfectly acceptable. lobby sitting area is inviting and comfortable.

        My stay at The Madison Hotel was exceptional. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I absolutely loved the customer service, especially from the doormen, front desk and the marketplace staff. I was in need of safety pins and the front desk was so kind to let me have some of theirs. The doorman was the kindest and even waited with me for my Uber, so I was not alone. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The hotel also offers complimentary fresh coffee in the mornings. The hotel is very close to the metro and in a walkable area. We felt very safe since the elevators required the use of our Hotel key. I can not wait to come back to DC and stay at this hotel. My new favorite!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
