Overall this was a very pleasant stay. The staff in the lounge were phenomenal. The art was.... unique. This was just a quick overnight trip but overall I did enjoy the experience. The rooms themselves were nothing special. The bed was comfy but the view was nothing to write home about. Given the price, I expected a little bit more in terms of room amenities. Property amenities were nice.

This is a beautiful hotel that is located in one of the most popular areas in Taipei, Xinyi district. The hotel has a very large footprint so it has lots of amenities such as a conference area, many restaurants, and the rooms are a good size. The gym is really nice with a western Onsen like spa. The hotel room has a good view of the bustling area and is very close to Taipei 101 and the shopping district. Definitely a much hipper and western oriented district in Taipei. Overall, a nice place to spend some time while in Taipei.

Off to a rough start this time around! This is our second stay at this property. I booked 3 rooms for my family. Last time we came we were welcomed warmly at the club lounge, with recognition of Marriott status, and an offer for a room upgrade. Very different this time! The heavier guy with glasses behind the counter was not friendly. I asked about an upgrade and he completely blew me off with an unsatisfactory answer. The location is great and the rooms are in good shape. However next time I come to Taipei I will be staying down the street at the W. I suggest you do the same. The location is the same but the service is much better at that location.

As a lifetime platinum number, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the executive lounge. The service staff's fast response was impressive, ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay. The lounge's prime location added to its charm, offering a stunning view and convenient access. The exclusiveness of the lounge created a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. However, I believe enhancing the variety of drinks and food options would elevate the overall experience to a 5-star level. For now and for business travelers, the overall quality is a 4-star

Well worth for a 5 star hotel, located in the heart of Xinyi district, walking distance can reach all the department stores. The bed is one of the most comfortable ones I’ve had for a long time. They also provide a very delicious cake for our birthday celebration, with a hand written card. Recommended 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
