Just arrived at the Metropolitan and before I start my day in Paris I have to acknowledge the outstanding service of Stephane at the front desk. As a first time customer He made my welcoming to the hotel prefect. He’s dedicated, nice and wants to make all of the metropolitan guests feel special. He deserves a 5 star ⭐️ I will be writing about my stay at the hotel once I have spent more time here.

Came here for my daughter's birthday! They upgraded our room so we could have better view of the eiffel tower! Room was clean and tidy,fresh bottles of water each day and staff were lovely! Could not fault anything! Will be coming back! Thank you for making our stay amazing! 🙏

Fantastic hotel. Great location in the 16th district. Have stayed 15 nights over the past month. The breakfast service team was amazing. Always friendly and remembered what I ordered. A great start to the day!

Went for my honeymoon. Enjoyed every minute there. The check in was so late cause we got in France at 9am but they got us in ASAP. Greatly appreciated! Everyone was so nice and greeted us like family (seriously... she remembered my name and every guest as well). Was close to so many restaurants and tourist attractions... market close by and other nice places! I might be back!

This Hotel is a Fantastic Boutique Hotel in the Marriott Family, rooms are smaller than a U.S. Hotel but Charming and well equiped, Kuerig coffee maker, bottled water, mini fridge, fresh bathrobe and slippers for your use. All employees gave a 10 Star Service! Khaled, who is very qualified at managing the front desk, went the extra Mile and went to a specialty shop for me to find a special item that I could not find during my shopping trips. Khaled went on his own time to do that for me, a regular guest! He is very qualified and should be promoted to General Manager! The bar and lobby area are adorable and Gen and Azazur make the best freshly made cocktails. Even the chamber made was quick and detail oriented, offering a turn down service at night. Bathroom was well equipped with large stone sink, shower with glass partition and toilet. Beds are ultra comfortable, room is quiet, no noise from the outside traffic and close to everything, Museums, Metro, Restaurants, Shopping. Window opens for fresh air in the morning which American hotels don't offer. My 2nd time here and I'll be back! Fantastic personal service from Khaled and all the staff!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
