Location is perfect is it is near many good korean food shops and places to shop. Room was amazing and the beds were comfortable, The breakfast they server has many tasty options, will recommend to my friends.

Breakfast is absolutely great, a lot of choices, freshly made tastiness. We loved especially savory food. The rooms are spacious, as well tv with Netflix & YouTube is available. A big gratitude to the housekeepers.

For over £150/night you would atleast expect a clean room. After a month in Korea I knew that the hygiëne standards were low, but holy... this was on a new level. We spent the first hout cleaning the room. There were boogers on the head rest of the bed. Blood on the toilet seat. Hair of someone else in the sink. Smears on the brass elements some unknown purple goop on the ceiling in the shower. The sink was leaking all over the place. That was because there was no plumbing it was just falling into a hole in the ground under the cabinet. To top it off, when we got back from visiting the city center. The room keeping was laying on a bed in a different room, watching TV!.. all while this was one of the dirtiest rooms we had (just to clarify, pretty much every hotel in Korea is dirty). The location of this hotel is fine, but not worth that amount of money.

Great location in the old part of town. Very friendly service and breakfast acceptable. For the price, very good value. Rooms need some minor maintenance and cleaning is not 100%. We would return.

i love the interior, the room is big with soft beds and thick pillows. There is parking space, the place is close to the restaurants and walking distance to Myeongdong.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
