This hotel is in an absolute disgusting area upon going downstairs and leaving the hotel, walking less than 100 feet away we saw a man holding a bottle of wine peeing on the wall at 10 AM walking one block farther we saw 6 to 8 people drinking large beers and peeing wherever they were standing Highly recommend, you do not waste your time at this hotel. Your family deserves.better.

Located 5 minutes walk from Central Station, this hotel is probably one of the nicest in this area. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and there was an elite member recognition. The room was spacious and clean, and I had the city view of high rise buildings, which I thought was very charming. I accidentally tried to open a door which connects to the next room (I thought it was a closet), thanks god, it was locked from the other side. A comfortable bed. The best part of my stay in this hotel was breakfast. It had a good selection of healthy food and an omelette/egg station. I loved its freshly squeezed orange juice. A good experience. I will probably come back to this hotel.

The front office (Indian guy) at the check in was unfriendly. No recognition of my gold status and even I fully prepaid for the room. he still asked me to pay for the room plus 50 euro credit card guarantee. I had to tell them that I already paid for the room, so he only need 50 euro credit card guarantee. He made us feel very unwelcome. He just said that the breakfast is 25 euro each if you pay today or 35 euro tomorrow. When we asked about Christmas market, he didn't advise how to go there just said that it closed already at 9 pm. When I asked for late check out, he said that I can give you 1 pm maximum after that 30 euro for each hour. It seemed a little bit like a threaten. I feel like I asked to stay in this hotel for free even I paid for the room. The location of the hotel is very close to the main station and the room is quite spacious. However I will never return to this place.

Good hotel which is approximately 3 walking minutes from Frankfurt's central train station. While their rooms in the legacy wing are pretty standard for hotels in that category, the rooms in the old wing are just fabulous combining the charm of old times with modern amenities. The area around the train station is not that nice, so I wouldn't recommend it when travelling with kids. Their restaurant serves delicious food and majority of the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent location in Frankfurt. But being 5 star lot of things missing. No evening service given. Also in bathrooms no essential given like shower cap or ear-buds. No frills for a five star. Breakfast very nice and very courteous staff at breakfast. Mr. Sunder helped us a lot by giving us lot of information regarding frankfurt and helping us to get Heidelburg sight seeing tour.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
