We had a great 3 night stay here. Rooms were clean and had everything we could want. Great views of KL from the top floors. Well located for KL Sentral and short cab rides away to the key attractions. Breakfast buffet was great - lots of choice and a great spread. Albeit a bit on the expensive side at MYR55. Enjoyed the swimming pool and spa/gym facilities as well. All in all a very good experience and would stay here again.

Amazing breakfast, very helpful staff, comfortable room. I was blown away by the size and variety of the breakfast buffet, representing the multiple ethnic cuisines of Malaysia and beyond, and the quality was quite good, too. My only beef is the location, which is great on paper, but getting in and out of the hotel on foot, car, or public transit takes a surprising amount of time and effort. It's not a deal breaker otherwise, but plan extra time.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is one of best that I have eaten at least by scale of different variety of foods. Easy access from airport is great plus so as transport options from there to any part of city. Pool was nice and even suit very well for kids even would think this is mainly business traveler hotel.

Hotel was clean. Reception was great and excellent service.. pool side and jacuzzi was amazing.. food was good as well. They have weight machine and locker in every room. Iron stand and Iron. Mini bar everything was available to access.. only parking and calling taxi was difficult as it was charged lobby entrance for car from one of the routes which people usually know

We 💙 this hotel. Infact this is the second time we've stayed! Staff are so friendly, welcoming and happy. The rooms are beautiful, clean and the views are either city and interesting or green and calming. Love the design of the lobby. Lounge food 🍲 in the evening was really tasty and local. Loved having the chef there and the desserts. 🍰 Will be back again in a month 😊 Sadly have to leave at check out 😢

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
