I would recommend this wonderful hotel if it is affordable to you. The furnishings in the hotel and the hotel room are very nice. Everything you need is in the room. Excellent shower and bathroom. It’s like a home away from home, but better. The concierge and hotel staff were friendly and warm and welcoming. It is in a better area in Rome. It’s close to sites that may interest those that like higher class things. Nice restaurants And streets.

Hotel is spotless. Housekeeping does a fabulous job of cleaning. Linen is crisp as if ironed. Rooms are quiet. Rooftop bar is beautiful and offers a good selection of wine and food. Location is walking distance to pharmacies, wine shops, grocery stores and shopping. Front desk staff is more friendly than the rooftop bar. Stayed twice here as this is the hotel my company chose for business travel.

The location and the rooftop bar are the only 5 star things about this hotel. First is the lack of ac in the rooms. After reading several other reviews, this seems like the norm. You can't control the ac even if the room is 75 degrees (and the slight opening you get from the window is no saving grace because it lets in mosquitoes). Secondly, housekeeping is sporadic: forgot to give us another box of tissues one day; took out and forgot to give us bar hand soap another day. Plus, there needs to be more trash cans in the rooms. The lighting system is a mess. You have to have your room key in a slot near the door or nothing works (including electric outlets) and the controls worked whenever they wanted to. Our closet door light wouldn't go out. The water temperature varied every time we used the shower (didn't matter if it was morning or evening) more to the cold side than hot. No instruction was given on how to use the elevator (you have to activate it with your room key when you get in). There were no vegan options for the breakfast or dinner menus. The mini refrigerator was a panel on the wall that was stocked with overpriced stuff that most people don't want (or could get for a lot less at the store across the street). The free coffee/tea bar had INSTANT coffee 🤬 but did have several varieties of tea. Thank Odin/Zeus/Osiris for the rooftop bar. A saving grace in an otherwise cesspool of disappointment and dissatisfaction of a "4 star hotel." Oh, and it was December when we stayed here so I don't want to imagine what it's like in the summer months 🔥🔥🔥☄️☄️☄️☄️I can not say this strong enough: stay here at your own risk.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the room also. The location is very good, all the attractions are walking distance. All the staff is very polite and helpful at reception, housekeeping, breakfast and the bars!! Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien Visconti. All the Front Desk staff was amazing especially Ms. Simona, very attentive and helpful with her smile. Hope to come back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
