        My stay at the hotel hotel le Palace d’Anfa in Casablanca was truly exceptional. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcome. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also immaculate. I was particularly impressed by the excellent service and the delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

        We had a flight delay. We love the hospitality given by the hotel. While it was short but we indeed enjoyed the stay and food in the restaurant were superb. Thank you.

        Booked the ambassador suit for 3 nights. At our arrival only one bathrobe was given while the check in was with two persons. Pool is closed ("due to the earthquake") , i have understanding for this even if i wonder it would take 6weeks to reopen a pool?? Problem: i'm a smoker and had to go downstare for smoking on the street sidewalk. The breakfast looked good at 6:30h (my first coffee) unfortunately it doesn't stay like this. They don't fill up plates/juices etc so by 9h30 only some food is left. Breakfast ends at 10h30. Tables ,nor sous-plates were cleaned. I asked a staff member to get me another sous-plate, he brought me one of two tables next to ours which was as disgusting as the previous one. Fiancé got a knife with someone else jelly still on it. I LITTERALY RUN AWAY FROM THIS MESS. when talking about it at the front desk and explaining that we will get a breakfast outside of the hotel because of the conditions. The guy tells me :"ok " no compensation was given. My wife wanted a SPA but nobody was available at the spa inside the hotel. She then called the front desk for a pricing list. We never saw it. After all this I decided to leave on the second day. !!! When talking ton Mr Youness at the front desk we finally got some understanding for all this and the sir told us it should not be this way. This guy was the best service of the hotel. He offered a spa as compensation for my wife. Which I appriciated a lot. He is professional, neutral and verry helpfull . For the direction of the hôtel. The hotel is at the moment not worthy at all for a 5 star. Its not by having a nice front desk that a hotel gets 5 stars. The services we saw was maximum 3 stars. I'm used to sofitel,hiltons and i'm member of catalonia hotels and the accord group. Never will i return to this place. Waste of money but mor import waste of time. This review was written as neutral as possible with the purpose of a feedback for the hotel to improve their services inside the hotel. With kind regards, M.Y
