Great hotel and location. However, breakfast quality could be improved with better quality products - bread and cereal (without gluten), natural juice (not artificial), home-made croissants (not industrial), and higher quality cheeses.

Our accommodation in Gràcia fell through at the 11th hour with another provider. We could book the King Suite at La Palacete Barcelona for the same price…and had considered it originally. What a fortunate disaster! Very roomy with light and space, fab cooling for summer, lovely attention to detail with fixtures and aesthetics. The terrace was quite private for a bit of time-out too. Right near a square with cafes, a small supermarket and ice creamery, and an easy walk to the closest Metro. We loved staying here. We have travelled a lot and this property was terrific in all ways! The only glitch was the online registration which was not as intuitive as it could be. We would definitely recommend this provider and accommodation.

A really great option. After spending three nights in Barcelona and after a lot of consideration on hotels and areas to stay, I am SO happy we decided to stay in Gràcia. Be aware this is more of a high quality AirBnb type stay than a ‘full service hotel’. However, the daily housekeeping was great, beds comfortable (just ask for extra pillows), and the air conditioning was very cold. Nice toiletries provided and cute courtyard. It’s easy to communicate on the app and there are cleaners and maintenance staff on site during the day. Located in a quiet, local neighbourhood with wonderful restaurants, cafes, and public transportation close by. Also, there’s a a laundromat just around the corner which is really convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

Really nice place and very good service specially the cleaning ladies. Calm place, and really comfortable. Nice backyard when u can relax and chill. Only 2 things they need to make sure are in place. First the fridge wasn’t working and they brought us another one. Secondly , there is no cold water in the room so u need to go the common area to get cold water. However I’m very satisfied and will for sure stay again in this hotel

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
