Great luxury boutique hotel, excellent service. Rooms are spacious with great amenities (large backlit mirror in the bathroom, jet tub, separate bathroom /toilet) and separated seating area for drinks. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants but is not the most central (just max 10min walk for real center). Breakfast is great with wide variety of food and drink (including freshly squeezed orange juice)

The location of the hotel is a little out of the way but the rest is very good. Staff very attentive and professional. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Very clean. Nice that minibar was free although we didn’t use it. Bordeaux is a great alternative to Paris. Lots of shopping and grand churches without the overcrowding. Felt safe too. Parks are very peaceful to walk through.

We had 2 rooms in our reservation at Hotel Le Palais Gallien for 2 nights, and I wish we would have been able to stay longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcomed and special. From delivering our luggage to our room, recommending a brunch restaurant, genuinely caring for us as guests, upgrading our room, providing complimentary snacks in our room - we really felt that they went above and beyond our expectations. We would stay here again and recommend to family and friends! The Amenities in the room were very clean and high quality. The location was walking distance to the main city center, but we appreciated that it was located on a quieter street.

An amazing hotel, with a quiet back street location. The decor is beautiful, the whole building is well maintained and spotlessly clean and the staff are faultless. They are all super friendly, eager to help with heaps of great recommendations and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away from the ‘golden triangle’, which has heaps to see and do (including more shops than you can imagine). The pool area is beautiful - which sadly we couldn’t use due to visiting in December. We will be back and this is a definite recommendation if you’re visiting Bordeaux and want a 5 star experience for a very reasonable price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
